Savage Shooters just shut their whole forum down which is always a bummer when an owner does that. Decades of lost knowledge.

Thanks Alan, I was a member there for many years and you’re absolutely correct, there was a lot of knowledge lost. I do think that Jim archived it somewhere though. The same thing happened with Specialty Pistols a few years earlier, it’s sad!

An update, I tried to join the Savage forum and I couldn’t get past the captiva , I wasn’t able to check the box.
