What's your ideal hunting truck?

Mine's a 1st gen 4runner. Since it’s a Toyota, it’s built to endure some serious abuse

And oh, it has a removable hard top too...

When trucks went to short beds I found they were not very versatile. Like you, I moved to a 4Runner. I drove a truck as my main vehicle starting in 1972 and now we have two 4Runners as it was also my wife's first choice too. Added a nice 5x8 trailer and a hitch carrier to haul gas and diesel.

I’ve had 4 Jeep Cherokees over the years. Current ‘07 Grand has close to 200,000 miles on it. With a receiver hitch, carry-all and a game cart, they’ve worked well. Great little rigs.

Love these little Cherokees! Was also a Cherokee owner before until I gave it to my little brother.

Not a fan of the new 4Runners. If I would have not been able to get the 2024 with the V6 and five speed transmission I would have passed.

My favorite hunting truck is my Polaris Ranger, especially when it’s loaded. I drag it around with my 2013 F150.

Sorry, don’t know how I got the winch video in there 3 times. Can’t seem to get rid of the extra ones.

I just use my tractor with a carry-all that will sit flat on the ground, no lifting no winching.
