I've used AmmoSeek.com a few times when I was hunting for some .223 and 9mm rounds. Overall, it's a pretty handy tool since it aggregates prices from various retailers, which saves a lot of time. The listings have been accurate for me, and I found some good deals compared to my usual sources. However, I'd suggest checking the individual seller's reputation through other forums or reviews, just to be safe. I did come across a couple of sketchy sellers with slightly lower prices, but a quick search revealed some negative feedback about them. So, it's best to trust your gut and maybe stick to known sellers if you can. Just keep your eyes open and you should be alright.

I haven't found it very helpful. Just searching on my own and chit-chatting with some friends, I found these that don't gouge on shipping costs. My order of preference:
  1. azammodepot.com - my current favorite -- very quick fixed shipping to BSMO
  2. ammunitiondepot.com - recently raised their shipping prices, still good
  3. freedommunitions.com - good deals on reman, reasonable shipping
I usually just compare like ammo between these three.

I always try Grafs in Mexico MO and Midway USA first because I can save shipping and pick it up direct. If the price is right of course. If they don't have it, I have used Ammoseek and many other sites that WVPV uses and haven't had a problem. You kind of find it where you find it.

I don't buy much factory ammo, reloading nearly everything I shoot but I do use ammoseek occasionally and I have had good luck with it!
