I start with just the grip. Nothing else, a hundred reps of grabbing the gun correctly before I let myself move on to anything past that point. Then clearing the holster gets its own block of reps, completely separate from the grip. Then the presentation, on its own again until that piece is clean too.
Only after each piece is solid on its own do I connect them into the full draw. Building it this way from isolated components gives you a clean foundation to start from, and it makes errors much easier to locate later because you already know exactly which piece used to be shaky before you ever put it all together.
