I purchased one through a local sporting goods store called Denny Dennis in Fenton MO. They had a kiosk there where you entered your data and it actually took your finger prints. There's an app where you can track the process. Had a quick turn around of only three months. However, the store owner told me it took him a year. However long it takes, just start the process now. Quicker you start, the quicker you get it.
