You should check out Osage County Guns. They usually have some great optics-ready slides and parts for M&P models. Plus, their customer service is pretty awesome.

If you’ve got a 4.5" M&P and you're thinking about going optics-ready, I totally recommend checking out the Faxon Firearms Patriot slide. It’s really well-machined and comes with multi-optic cuts that fit RMR and Holosun optics. The finish is durable enough to withstand some wear and tear over time. I've heard some great things about its tolerances and reliability, especially when you team it up with a good quality barrel.
