I'm looking for a gunsmith near mid Missouri who can ream/polish a M-48 sticky cylinder chamber. Any help will be appreciated.

Any gunsmith worth his salt should be able to handle this with no trouble. If you can narrow down the area a little maybe someone can help. Mid Missouri takes up a fair chunk of the map.

OK, how about within 60 miles of Jefferson City.

When you reach out, try to be specific about the issues you're having and don't forget to ask if they've got experience with M48s or other similar revolvers. Some shops tend to focus more on semi-autos or long guns, so being clear about what you're dealing with will really help.

Depending on how handy you are, you might try a reamer from Brownells. A lot of S&W rimfires have thight cylinders chambers and can be cleaned up with just a reamer.
