Hey everyone! I'm really itching to try something new, so I wanted to ask: what's a simple but delicious recipe you find yourself making over and over? I'm looking for ideas and inspiration, so if you have any cooking tips or even a picture of your dish, please share!

I have gotten into cooking since I retired. Two requirements for me: 1.) It has to be easy and 2.) I have to like all of the ingredients. I have made this one several times, and it has always been a big hit. I used regular biscuits in the bottom of the pan rather than Bisquick. Cut the dough into fours and line the bottom. Much easier.

I recently got into the BBQ fever using a Weber. I put in a cart I got on Amazon, and it stays on the covered deck to cook rain or shine. I also started using a vortex item that concentrates heat like an oven. Makes wings and thighs crispy on the outside and not burnt on the inside. Going to start trying the serpentine briquets setup for low and slow temps setup for some ribs on the 4th. Lots of info on Youtube for cooking on the weber. Can add wood chips or chunks for smoky flavor while cooking. Happy grillin y'all!
