How do you sharpen your knives?

A knife is only as effective as its edge. What techniques, tools, or angles do you use to ensure yours stays razor-sharp?
 
I normally use a hard Arkansas stone for touch ups and a steel to knock off the burrs. For our cheap kitchen knives I use a RADA sharpener and a steel. I sharpen by hand without a fixture. The sharpest blades I have ever personally seen were on knives made by Jerry Fisk, he uses a round India stone and sharpens by hand. As far as angles go, I simply try to maintain the original angle.
